RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All purchases made by individuals at Keep Out Lazise are covered by the guarantee of the right of withdrawal, which gives the possibility to return, for any reason, the product purchased and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to inform us, within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the goods, of your wish to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase made. Also within 15 days you must also return the goods received which must be in perfect condition and must not have been used. The only costs required are those relating to shipments.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Notify us, within 15 working days of delivery of the goods, of your wish to withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to Keepoutlazise@gmail.com communicating the products on which you want to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Within the same term, using a courier of your choice, you must arrange for the shipment of the goods reinserted in their original packaging, complete with all their parts and carefully packaged. The package must include all documents received. We recommend insuring the shipment against theft and transport damage.
If the returned product has not been insured, in the event of damage or loss during transport, we reserve the right to charge for any damage suffered withholding them from the sums to be reimbursed.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the cost of the goods shipped within the following 3 working days. The costs incurred for the shipment of the product are excluded from the refund. For purchases made with all payment methods, the refund will be made by bank transfer, therefore please indicate your bank details.

Attention: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products received more than 14 working days ago (in this case the return of the goods will be refused). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the returned product must be in perfect condition, intact and must not have been used.
